    摘要:

    利用有限元非線(xiàn)性分析法建立了清田整地機(jī)碎土輥耙齒的有限元模型,，對(duì)碎土輥耙齒進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和剛度分析,，預(yù)測(cè)了清田整地機(jī)工作時(shí)碎土輥耙齒構(gòu)件的受力和變形。分析數(shù)據(jù)與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比表明,，有限元分析與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致,，有限元分析為耙齒設(shè)計(jì)提供了可靠依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    A finite element analysis model of the clod crushing rake tooth in field cleaning machine was built by the non-linear finite element analysis method. Based on the analysis of strength and rigidity, the bearing forces and distortion of the rake tooth in work were predicted. Compared with the simulation results, the prediction results calculated by finite element analysis model showed confident with the simulation results and reliable in the design and assessment of rake tooth.
