    針對氣流輔助式噴桿噴霧機(jī)的風(fēng)助風(fēng)筒原始設(shè)計(jì)中存在耗氣量大,、效率低、風(fēng)速變異系數(shù)大的缺點(diǎn),,采用計(jì)算流體動力學(xué)(CFD)對風(fēng)助風(fēng)筒內(nèi)外流場的三維區(qū)域進(jìn)行了仿真,。仿真結(jié)果表明:原型風(fēng)筒內(nèi)流場存在強(qiáng)旋流、流道窄的缺點(diǎn),,并導(dǎo)致工作外流場風(fēng)速變異系數(shù)大,。針對上述兩種流場的問題,提出改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)方案:對于外流場風(fēng)速變異系數(shù)大的問題,,采用減小出口尺寸和出口間距,,可大大減小風(fēng)速變異系數(shù),但不能從根本上改變流場結(jié)構(gòu),;為克服內(nèi)流場強(qiáng)旋流、流道窄的不足,,在上述結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化基礎(chǔ)上,,增加導(dǎo)流板裝置,減小速度變異較大區(qū)域的出口間距,,最終優(yōu)化結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)表明設(shè)計(jì)方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了高效和風(fēng)速變異小的風(fēng)幕。

    Abstract:

    To improve the drawbacks of original designed air-assisted duct of boom sprayer, such as huge wind consumption, low efficiency, large coefficient variation (CV) of wind velocity, 3-D flow field of interior duct and exterior free flow region was simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Flow field analysis of the simulation results showed that there were strong swirling and narrow flow channel in the flow field of prototype air-assisted duct. It also resulted in large CV in exterior free flow field. In response to these shortcomings, two kinds of improvement designs were proposed. Firstly, the outlet size and outlets spacing was decreased to greatly reduce the CV of wind velocity, but could not fundamentally change the flow structure. Secondly, on the basis of above optimization, a flow deflector was added to overcome the strong swirling flow and narrow flow channel. Prototype testing indicated that final scheme achieved high efficiency and small wind speed variations.
