    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)精確去除棉田雜草,, 減少除草劑用量,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種以S3C2410處理器為核心,采用模糊控制算法的變量對(duì)靶噴藥除草系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)識(shí)別雜草以及根據(jù)采集車速,、雜草密度信息自動(dòng)調(diào)整流量的功能,。設(shè)計(jì)了雙輸入,、單輸出模糊控制器,,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了仿真研究。仿真結(jié)果表明,,利用該控制器能實(shí)現(xiàn)噴藥量隨車速及雜草密度變化而實(shí)時(shí)改變,。在室內(nèi)搭建了模擬棉田環(huán)境的變量對(duì)靶噴藥試驗(yàn)臺(tái),對(duì)噴藥系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,,試驗(yàn)測(cè)得在速度0.2m/s時(shí),,噴藥除草對(duì)靶率達(dá)90%。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce herbicide dosage and automatic precise weeding in cotton fields,,a variable target weed spraying system uses fuzzy control algorithm with processor core of S3C2410 was designed. This system achieved automatic weeds identification, system speed and flow information collection, flow and pressure adjustment and other functions. A dual-input single-output fuzzy controller was designed and simulated. Simulation results showed that the controller could control the amount of spraying with the speed and density in real-time changed. An indoor test bed which could simulate cotton environment was built and the spraying system was tested. The results showed that over 90% weeds were sprayed with speed of 0.2m/s.
