    摘要:

    當給定鮑爾點與機架共線,、瞬心點與一個機架點重合時,,曲率駐點曲線退化成兩條直線,,在其中與機架垂直的直線上任意給定一個連架桿,,即可綜合出一個四桿直線機構。提出了直線機構綜合公式,,并根據曲柄機構存在條件,,推導了曲柄解域計算公式。以一個固定鉸鏈點為坐標原點,,在整個機構坐標平面內繪制出曲柄機構解域圖,,討論了其中一些特殊點的機構綜合問題。根據不同的設計要求確定評價函數,,自動計算生成可行解域圖及其局部和全局最優(yōu)機構解,。實現了機構綜合的可視化和自動化,解決了傳統(tǒng)機構優(yōu)選的盲目性和效率較低等問題,。

    Abstract:

    The curvature stagnation point curve would degenerate in two straight lines, when the given Ball point was located on the fixed bar and an instantaneous center coincided with a fixed pivot. A random bar laid on the vertical straight line would produce an approximate straight line mechanism. The synthesis formulae and figures of crank linkages solution region on the coordinate plane, based on crank linkages analysis, were presented. Some useful conclusions were obtained by analyzing special points in the solution regions. According to different design demands, the corresponding evaluating functions were adopted in order to calculate the feasible solution region and the optimal mechanism solution automatically. The proposed method was visual and automatic. Both the blindness of choosing optimal mechanism and the lowness of design efficiency were overcome observably.
