    為研究不同水平自由空域（Fas）對堆肥效果的影響,，利用實驗室小型反應(yīng)器進(jìn)行了好氧堆肥試驗，使用等量豬糞分別與等量不同粒徑（0~1cm,、2~5cm和7cm）麥秸按照質(zhì)量比1∶0.086混合獲得不同F(xiàn)as水平（56.70%,、62.67%和68.36%）,，利用溫度傳感器,、氧濃度傳感器動態(tài)監(jiān)測堆肥過程中溫度和氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)的變化,，研究分析了堆肥始末含水率和揮發(fā)性固體（VS）含量的變化,，并基于Matlab平臺建立了基于溫度,、氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)等多因素Monod形式的VS降解動力學(xué)模型,。試驗結(jié)果表明：等量豬糞與等量麥秸混合堆肥,，麥秸粒徑產(chǎn)生的Fas差異對堆肥過程影響顯著；所建立的基于溫度,、氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)等多因素Monod形式VS降解動力學(xué)模型模擬結(jié)果與實際測量結(jié)果一致,。

    Abstract:

    To study the effects of different initial free airspaces (Fas) on pig slurry-wheat straw reactor scale composting, three levels of Fas (56.70%，62.67%,，68.36%) were obtained by mixing pig slurry and wheat straw with the same mass ratio (1∶0.086) but in different wheat straw sizes (0~1cm, 2~5cm, 7cm). Oxygen concentration and temperature were monitored by sensors during the whole composting period, while moisture and volatile solid (VS) content were checked by chemical analysis method at the end of composting. In addition, a Monod form model was employed to simulate VS content during composting period. According to the results of composting test, changes of oxygen concentration, temperature, moisture and VS based on different initial Fas levels were respectively clearly different; effects of bulking agent sizes on mixture structure were apparent.
