    摘要:

    利用CFD軟件FIRE v2008對186FA型柴油機燃用純柴油和B20燃油時的燃燒過程進行NOx和碳煙的三維數(shù)值模擬,描述了兩種燃油的NOx和碳煙生成規(guī)律和分布。通過實測示功圖對比,,驗證了氮氧化物模型和碳煙生成模型的準確性。根據(jù)數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果對原柴油機燃用B20時的渦流比和噴油提前角進行了優(yōu)化,并提出了能同時降低兩種排放物的技術(shù)方案,渦流比2.7,、供油提前角352.5°時,NOx和碳煙排放最優(yōu),。

    Abstract:

    3-D numerical simulation on NOx and soot emissions of 186FA diesel fueling with pure diesel and B20 fuel was carried out by using CFD software FIRE v2008, the generating rule and distribution of NOx and soot of two fuels were described. Through comparison of the measured indicator diagram, the accuracy of the model was verified. Based on the simulation of the original diesel engine fueling with B20, the swirl ratio and injection advance angle were optimized and the technical programs were proposed to reduce two kinds of emissions simultaneously, which optimized the emissions of NOx and soot when the swirl ratio was 2.7 and injection advance angle was 352.5°.
