    摘要:

    以dSPACE為控制器設計了重型車輛電控機械式自動變速系統(tǒng)(AMT),,按照V模式開發(fā)流程進行了硬件設計,控制軟件代碼自動生成,,整車標定與測試。在12擋手動變速重型載貨汽車平臺上,,設計了AMT液壓控制系統(tǒng),、換擋執(zhí)行機構和離合器自動控制系統(tǒng),確定了系統(tǒng)控制策略,,完成了控制軟件設計,,進行了實車標定與控制性能試驗。結果表明,,基于dSPACE的重型車輛AMT系統(tǒng)控制性能達到了預期的目標,,控制軟件開發(fā)與實車參數標定、調試容易,,可減少控制系統(tǒng)在設計,、開發(fā)、試驗到定型過程中的重復工作,,加快研發(fā)周期,。

    Abstract:

    Automated mechanical transmission (AMT) control system for heavy vehicle was developed based on dSPACE control. Hardware development, automatic code generation, vehicle calibration and testing were carried out based on V-type development process. Hydraulic control system, gear shifting actuator and clutch automatic control system for AMT were designed. The control strategy was confirmed. The development of control software was accomplished. Vehicles calibration and control performance testing based on the 12-gear MT of heavy truck platform were performed. The results showed that the heavy vehicle AMT based on the dSPACE achieved the expected goal. The software development and vehicle parameters calibration could be controlled. Thus, the repeated work could be diminished in design, development and the process of testing to typing, so that the development cycle could be accelerated.
