    摘要:

    顆粒阻尼技術(shù)中,,顆粒與顆粒,、顆粒與孔壁之間的碰撞和摩擦使得顆粒阻尼器具有高度非線性。為此,,提出一種能夠?qū)︻w粒阻尼器的減振性能進(jìn)行快速預(yù)測(cè)的仿真算法——離散元—有限元耦合算法,,并進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,,基于該算法研究了顆粒阻尼器的各參數(shù)對(duì)減振性能的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)與仿真結(jié)果表明:耦合算法是有效的,;影響顆粒阻尼器減振性能的主要參數(shù)是填充率和顆粒密度,。

    Abstract:

    The performance of particle damper is strongly nonlinear. The collisions and friction were existed between particles and particles, particles and cavity walls. A coupling simulation algorithm based on the combination of the discrete element method and the finite element method was presented to calculate the response of system with particle dampers. Comparison between the analytical and experimental results showed that simulation of the response of a cantilever plate with a particle damper was accurate. It showed that the response of the cantilever plate depended on the mass-fill ratio and particle density of the particle damper. 
