    摘要:

    提出了一種基于壓電傳感器的種子數(shù)粒系統(tǒng),,該系統(tǒng)用懸臂梁結(jié)構(gòu)感受種子沖擊以及用壓電元件將沖擊轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號(hào),經(jīng)過(guò)放大整形后變成脈沖信號(hào)輸入單片機(jī)計(jì)數(shù)并顯示,。根據(jù)典型的彈簧—質(zhì)量—阻尼系統(tǒng)的二階傳遞函數(shù)理論,,對(duì)系統(tǒng)阻尼振動(dòng)頻率和阻尼比進(jìn)行了分析,。選用合適的高分子材料和安裝方式,使系統(tǒng)擁有較好的阻尼比,,種子短暫的沖擊作用變換為單個(gè)波峰電壓信號(hào)以實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)數(shù),。實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,數(shù)粒系統(tǒng)單粒測(cè)量誤差小于0.4%,。

    Abstract:

    A seed-counting system was put forward with a cantilever beam detecting the impact of falling seeds, a piezoelectric sensor converting the impact into electrical signals, and a micro-controller counting and displaying seed counts. Based on the classical secondorder transfer function model of the spring-mass-dashpot system, the natural frequency and damping ratio were analyzed. By using appropriate polymer material and signal conditioning, a testing system with proper damping ratio was constructed. The impact of a single seed became a single fast decaying pulse signal so that easy counting could be implemented. The experimental system showed the measurement error was less than 04% in single seed counting tests.
