    摘要:

    提出了一種移栽機(jī)自動分缽式栽植器,，并對分缽原理、栽植器的機(jī)構(gòu)以及缽苗運(yùn)動軌跡進(jìn)行了分析與仿真,。結(jié)果表明,，栽植器兩機(jī)械手配合準(zhǔn)確、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動連續(xù)分缽,。田間試驗(yàn)測得，栽植角度為88.08°～88.34°,，其變異系數(shù)為2.37%～2.92%,；栽植株距為350.67～351.17mm，其變異系數(shù)為1.42%～1.60%,。結(jié)果表明該栽植器運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,，不受前進(jìn)速度的影響,。

    Abstract:

    An automatic distributing bowl planting apparatus was proposed. The plantingbowl, planting apparatus and the movement trajectory of bowl seedling were analyzed and simulated. The simulation showed that two manipulators could cooperate perfectly and the planting apparatus could distribute bowl seedlings automatically. By field experimentation, the planting angle was from 88.08°to 88.34°. Its coefficient of variation was from 2.37% to 2.92%. The planting row spacing was from 350.67mm to 351.17mm.Its coefficient of variation was from 1.42% to 1.60%. It showed that the planting apparatus could be operated normally and hardly be affected by the speed. 
