    摘要:

    基于沼氣主要成分CH4氣體和CO2氣體物理性質(zhì)的差異，利用PR方程,，得出不同CH4體積分?jǐn)?shù)下,，沼氣泡點(diǎn)和露點(diǎn)的溫度和壓力；在Aspen HYSYS平臺(tái)中,，設(shè)計(jì)了低溫液化分離沼氣中CO2氣體的流程,，仿真分析了低溫液化對(duì)CH4體積分?jǐn)?shù)和CO2體積分?jǐn)?shù)的影響。根據(jù)低溫液化分離沼氣中CO2氣體的流程,，對(duì)沼氣進(jìn)行純化實(shí)驗(yàn),，結(jié)果表明：實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果相吻合；液化分離后CH4體積分?jǐn)?shù)從58.2%升至82.8%,，CO2體積分?jǐn)?shù)由36.4%降至8.8%,，N2+O2體積分?jǐn)?shù)小于4.0%。

    Abstract:

    According to the differences in physical properties between CO2 and CH4, the temperature and pressure of bubble point and dew point of the biogas with different volume fractions could be obtained with PR equation. Based on Aspen HYSYS, the liquefaction process of separating CO2 from biogas was designed. The effects of low temperature liquid separation on CO2 and CH4 from biogas were analyzed. The experiment of biogas purification was carried out and the result was consistent with that of simulation. The results of the experiment showed that the volume fraction of CH4 increased from 58.2% to 82.8%, the volume fraction of CO2 decreased from 36.4% to 8.8%, and the volume fraction of N2+O2 was less than 4.0%. 
