    摘要:

    針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中先分解后組合的重復(fù)優(yōu)化問題,，提出一種焊點(diǎn)布局的結(jié)構(gòu)多目標(biāo)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法。在連續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)域中,，給定載荷和約束的情況下,，同時(shí)優(yōu)化整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)的拓?fù)淇臻g和幾何造型，并決定子結(jié)構(gòu)間的連接位置和布局形態(tài),。通過有限元分析和基于幾何學(xué)交叉過程的多目標(biāo)遺傳算法得到Pareto解集,，可根據(jù)不同需求確定權(quán)重,，選擇最優(yōu)方案。

    Abstract:

    To solve the two-step process optimization problem, a method for synthesizing multi-objective structural topology optimization based on spot-welded layout was presented.Given an extended design domain with boundary and loading condition, the topology and geometry of an entire structure and the location and configuration of joints was optimized. A mult-objective genetic algorithm coupled with FEM analyses was used to obtain Pareto optimal solutions, the decision could be made for different demands. 
