    摘要:

    針對復合肥生產(chǎn)的高粉塵強腐蝕環(huán)境,,設(shè)計了一種能夠替代人工作業(yè)的取樣機器人,。分析使用需求,提出具有抗沖擊,、耐腐蝕,、自清潔,、傳動機構(gòu)內(nèi)置、驅(qū)動遠離末端執(zhí)行件安裝等特征的取樣機器人設(shè)計原則,。從仿生學角度出發(fā),,通過對螃蟹運動關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)特征研究,,提出取樣機器人構(gòu)型,進行了功能仿生和結(jié)構(gòu)仿生設(shè)計,。根據(jù)其使用工況,,設(shè)計了取樣機器人運動過程和控制方案。通過機構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化,、仿真和沖擊試驗,,驗證了其可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to release the fertilizer production workers working in high dust and strong corrosive environment for a long time, a sampling robot was designed. By analyzing the using demand, robot’s designing principles including characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning by itself, transmission mechanism builtin and drive away from the end piece installed was proposed. From the angle of bionics, the crab joints’ structure characteristic was researched. Then sampling robot configuration was proposed. Bionics function and structure was designed. According to its operation condition, motion process and control plan was designed. After the parametric optimization,its feasibility was validated by simulation and impact test.
