    摘要:

    通過雙定子液壓馬達結構分析,,提出了雙定子液壓馬達差動連接的方法,。在此基礎上,,分析了不同作用數(shù)的雙定子液壓馬達差動連接方式,推導出不同差動連接下液壓馬達輸出轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩的表達式,;針對雙定子液壓馬達排量比例系數(shù)C對其差動連接方式的影響,分別找出了單作用,、雙作用以及多作用雙定子液壓馬達中會使液壓馬達差動連接出現(xiàn)重復或死點現(xiàn)象的C的取值,,得到了重復組數(shù)和死點數(shù),為液壓馬達差動連接的理論研究提供了一條新途徑,。

    Abstract:

    From the perspective of differential cylinder, the differential connections of hydraulic motor were studied, and a differential connection method was put forward. Through the analysis of the differential connections of different-acting double-stator motors, the mathematical expressions of the motor’s rotational speed and torque were obtained. As for the effect of motor displacement scale factor C on the differential connection, the values of C for the single-acting, double-acting and multi-acting double-stator motor were found out respectively. These can make the motor differential connections turn out the same results or even fail to work. The number of repeated groups and failure points was calculated. This work will offer a new way for the theoretical research of hydraulic motor differential connection. 
