    摘要:

    采用系統(tǒng)辨識方法,,建立了金屬帶式無級變速器(CVT)速比控制電磁閥,、夾緊力控制電磁閥和離合器控制閥響應模型,,并采用試驗數(shù)據(jù)與理論分析相結(jié)合的方式建立了CVT速比響應模型與發(fā)動機及整車的響應模型,。在該模型基礎上,,建立了CVT整車系統(tǒng)硬件在環(huán)仿真測試臺。采用某國產(chǎn)CVT樣車進行了實車試驗,并將與實車試驗相同的控制參數(shù)施加到模型上,觀察模型的響應,與實車響應進行對比分析,。結(jié)果表明,,該硬件在環(huán)系統(tǒng)能夠準確再現(xiàn)CVT的各項響應特性,可以利用該仿真系統(tǒng)進行控制策略和故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),。

    Abstract:

    Use the system identification to get the mathematic model of ratio-control-valve, clamping-force-valve and the clutch-control-valve, and then the CVT ratio response model, engine model and the whole vehicle model were set up by combining the theory and the experimental study. Based on the whole developed model, the hardware-in-the-loop test bench was set up. With the test data of one domestic CVT prototype vehicle taken as the example to verify the developed hardware-in-the-loop test system, comparative results between model response and the real vehicle prototype response show that the developed hardware-in-the-loop test bench can reflect all the characteristics of CVT vehicle. Therefore, the proposed hardware-in-the-loop test bench can be used for developing control strategy and diagnostic system.
