    摘要:

    闡述了基于光纖布拉格光柵原理的三維觸發(fā)式坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)頭傳感系統(tǒng)及控制箱設(shè)計(jì)方法,，從機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),、傳感信號(hào)解調(diào)系統(tǒng)以及測(cè)量過(guò)程中逼近速度和逼近距離等幾個(gè)角度分析了測(cè)頭誤差來(lái)源,。根據(jù)測(cè)頭的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行了測(cè)頭的靈敏度、復(fù)位性和測(cè)力等性能實(shí)驗(yàn),，結(jié)果表明該測(cè)頭單方向重復(fù)定位精度為20nm,，靈敏度為50nm,，測(cè)量力小于5mN。

    Abstract:

    A 3-D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) touch trigger probe based on fiber Bragg gratings was developed. The sensing system and the control box of the probe were described respectively. The error of the probe may arise from the mechanical structure, the sensing signal demodulation system, the measuring speed and the approaching distance during the process. Experiments showed that probe positioning accuracy in single direction could reach 20nm, sensitivity came up to 50nm and a measuring force was less than 5mN. 
