    摘要:

    以天然氣液化設(shè)備為模型,利用Aspen HYSYS 軟件,,設(shè)計小型混合制冷劑液化沼氣流程,,對該流程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,,根據(jù)PR方程計算出沼氣的泡點與露點以及液化率,、能耗等,。在熱力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,計算流程各設(shè)備火用損失, 分析產(chǎn)生設(shè)備火用損失的原因, 提出降低設(shè)備火用損失的方法,。依據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,建立實驗平臺對降低火用損失方法進(jìn)行驗證,,結(jié)果表明:小型混合制冷劑液化沼氣流程具有可行性,,液化過程中能耗和火用損失最大的設(shè)備是壓縮機(jī),利用儲液罐上端的閃蒸氣預(yù)冷混合制冷劑的方法可使壓縮機(jī)和冷卻器的火用損失分別減少12.2%和27.2%,。

    Abstract:

    The pint-sized gas mixed-refrigerant liquefaction process was designed to analyze the exergy loss by using Aspen HYSYS software. The temperature and the pressure of bubble point and the dew-point were obtained from the PR equation, and the liquefied rate and energy consumption was calculated. Subsequently, the exergy loss was calculated via the thermodynamic analysis, and the methodology for reducing exergy loss was approached. An experiment was conducted to measure the exergy loss. The results showed that small gas mixed-refrigerant liquefaction process was feasible, while the largest exergy loss in the liquefaction process was compressor. With flash evaporation pre-cooled freezing medium on the top of storage tank, the reduction of exergy loss for compressor and chiller were 12.2% and 27.2%, respectively. 
