    摘要:

    為分析小型全喂入雙滾筒軸流聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)脫粒分離能力與夾帶損失，進(jìn)行整機(jī)總結(jié)設(shè)計并自行設(shè)計了雙滾筒軸流脫粒裝置，分析了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)選取,，并與同型收獲機(jī)的單滾筒軸流脫粒裝置進(jìn)行對比試驗(yàn),，測定了兩裝置的未脫凈率與夾帶損失率。結(jié)果表明：單滾筒未脫凈率為0.18%，雙滾筒未脫凈率接近0,；雙滾筒夾帶損失率平均值0.45%,，比單滾筒夾帶損失率平均值0.74%降低了39%,，新開發(fā)的小型全喂入雙滾筒聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)能有效地解決脫不凈與夾帶損失等問題,。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the rate of unthreshing and cleaning loss of small combine harvester with double axial cylinder, double axial cylinder was designed. Parameters of this small combine harvester’s structure were analyzed. The experiment showed that the unthreshing rate of small combine harvester with double axial cylinder was nearly 0, rate of cleaning loss reduce by 39% compared with the single axial cylinder. Small combine with double axial cylinder effectively solves the problem of separating and threshing.
