    摘要:

    針對(duì)半喂入聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)收獲超級(jí)稻和難脫粒的粳稻時(shí)脫粒不凈引起損失的問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了半喂入同軸差速脫粒滾筒,,并與單速脫粒滾筒進(jìn)行了脫粒對(duì)比試驗(yàn),對(duì)各種脫出物料的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)用Matlab軟件建立了3D圖像及其數(shù)學(xué)模型,。結(jié)果表明:差速滾筒未脫凈籽粒約0.06%,,比單速滾筒降低61.25%;3D圖像顯示差速脫粒的各種脫出物料在篩面上分布比單速脫粒均勻。半喂入同軸差速脫粒裝置集高、低轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)脫粒性能的有利作用于一體,,能較好解決半喂入聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)收獲超級(jí)稻和粳稻時(shí)脫粒不凈引起的損失,并使損失率,、破碎率和含雜率等性能指標(biāo)都達(dá)到較優(yōu)水平,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the threshing loss during super-rice and round-grained rice harvesting, the head-feed coaxial differential rotor was designed. The threshing test between the different speed and single speed rotor was preceded. The 3-D image and mathematical modal were built by Matlab on the basis of measured data of mixture and its compositions. The results showed that the 0.06% grains were not threshed clearly by differential rotor, which reduced by 61.25% compared to the single speed one. The 3-D image showed that uniform distribution of mixture and its compositions along on sieve was better than the single speed one. The coaxial differential threshing rotor set the benefit of high-speed and low-speed in one, which can solve the problem of the threshing loss during super-rice and round-grained harvesting and reduce the loss rate, the damage rate and impurity loss.
