    摘要:

    針對(duì)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)在田間作業(yè)環(huán)境下不便對(duì)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)調(diào)試與試驗(yàn)的情況,,設(shè)計(jì)了聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)智能控制試驗(yàn)臺(tái),。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下能夠?qū)β?lián)合收獲機(jī)的多種智能控制算法進(jìn)行模擬仿真。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)集成了智能控制器,、聲光報(bào)警器,、液晶顯示器等模塊,,并配合使用用于速度、損失量等檢測(cè)傳感器,,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),。試驗(yàn)表明,試驗(yàn)臺(tái)能夠在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境進(jìn)行智能控制算法試驗(yàn),,縮短了聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)智能控制裝置的研發(fā)周期,,為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的智能控制打下基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    Considering that it’s inconvenient to the experiment of measure and control system for combine harvester in the field, design and experiment of intelligent control test-bed for combine harvester was developed. Test-bed could simulate lots of intelligent control arithmetic on the environment of laboratory. Intelligent controller, sound-light alarm equipment, LCD screen, sensor used on speed and losing measuring were integrated on the test-bed, these sensor could collect the data of experiment in time. The test showed that test-bed could make the experiment of intelligent control arithmetic on laboratory, reduce the research cycle of intelligent control device and lay the foundation of intelligent control for combine harvester.
