    摘要:

    為了考核D型打結(jié)器打結(jié)過程中打結(jié)嘴鉗咬繩索的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性,,利用數(shù)學(xué)解析法求解了打結(jié)器與鉗咬相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵位置點的空間軌跡方程,,依據(jù)打結(jié)嘴鉗咬繩索的位置,、運動要求,,建立了對已有打結(jié)器結(jié)構(gòu),、運動匹配關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論預(yù)測的通用評判方程,,利用Matlab軟件得到了已有D型打結(jié)器的結(jié)構(gòu),、運動參數(shù)匹配關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的直觀作業(yè)效果,。

    Abstract:

    In order to check the reliability and accuracy of bill hooks biting ropes in the knotting process of Deerting knotter, the space trajectory equation of key positions related to knotter and biting was solved with the help of mathematical analytical method. The general evaluation equation to predict the existing knotter structure, matching relationships between motions was established according to the position and movement requirement of knotter hooks rope-biting. In addition, a visual demonstration of the matching relations between the existing knitter structure and motion parameters was produced by means of Matlab. Such methods had a predictable effect on different designs of knotter hook and twine retainer, and directive function in revising data and adjusting information.
