    摘要:

    運(yùn)用基于雙特征角的氣道穩(wěn)流測試系統(tǒng),對四氣門電噴汽油機(jī)缸內(nèi)不同測試平面內(nèi)的氣流運(yùn)動進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),、分析及評價,。引入特征矢量的概念,利用缸內(nèi)滾流運(yùn)動矢量軌跡圖及不同氣門升程下發(fā)動機(jī)缸內(nèi)氣流運(yùn)動特征矢量表,,分析了缸內(nèi)不同氣流運(yùn)動形式的氣流強(qiáng)度,、作用平面、矢量方向,,宏觀地反映了缸內(nèi)氣體流場的運(yùn)動特性及分布規(guī)律,。在發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化過程中,為組織缸內(nèi)氣流最優(yōu)化作用區(qū)域及適當(dāng)強(qiáng)度的氣流運(yùn)動,,改善汽油機(jī)性能提供了新的方法和全面的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    A novel double eigen angle-based steady-state flow test rig to comprehensively investigate port generated air flow inside a 4-valve EFI gasoline engine cylinder head was developed. The concept of eigenvector was introduced and the eigenvector path of the in-cylinder tumble flow was protracted; besides, the eigenvector table under different valve lifts in the dummy cylinder was shown to get a macroscopical reflection of the intensity, the tested plane, the vector direction and the distribution of the inclined swirl. In the process of the optimizing the intake system of the engine, a new methodology and comprehensive data basis were provided to organize the optimization the regional and the strength of the appropriate in-cylinder air movement, and improve the performance of the engine.
