    摘要:

    為完善同心環(huán)狀縫隙流理論,采用理論分析與模型試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,,分析了圓柱體從靜止到起動(dòng)再到運(yùn)行過程中同心環(huán)狀縫隙流速的分布特點(diǎn),。得出圓柱體的速度、縫隙寬度以及流量對(duì)環(huán)狀縫隙流的分布和大小的影響,。環(huán)狀縫隙流速隨縫隙寬度的增大呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢(shì),,縫隙寬度約在2cm附近時(shí),縫隙流速最大,;流量越大,,環(huán)狀縫隙流速就越大;圓柱體的速度越大,,縫隙流速也越大,;環(huán)狀縫隙流速在與管內(nèi)水流速度和圓柱體速度相交之前最大,,相交之后最小。同時(shí)建立了動(dòng)邊界條件下的同心環(huán)狀縫隙流數(shù)學(xué)模型,,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)基本一致,,最大相對(duì)誤差不超過8.5%,說明該數(shù)學(xué)模型可行,。

    Abstract:

    In order to perfect the theory on the cyclical slit flow of concentricity, the distribution features of the cyclical slit flow were analyzed from stopping to starting and to run procedure on the cylinder by a combination of theoretical analysis and model experiments. It is concluded that the speeds of the cylinders, the gap widths and the discharges have effect on the distribution and magnitude of the cyclical slit flow. The cyclical slit flow velocity increased firstly and then decreased as the gap width enlarged. When the gap width was about 2cm, the cyclical slit flow velocity reached a maximum. The larger the discharge was, the larger the cyclical slit flow velocity would be. The larger the speed of the cylinder was, the larger the cyclical slit flow velocity would be. The cyclical slit flow rate increased to the maximum before the speed of the cylinder, the cyclical slit flow rate and the water velocity in the pipe intersect decreased to the minimum after that. Meanwhile mathematical model of the cyclical slit flow of concentricity under the moving boundary condition was established. The calculated values and experimental values are in substantial agreement and maximum relative error is no more than 8.5%, which showed the mathematical model is rational.
