    摘要:

    針對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣余熱的特點(diǎn),,設(shè)計(jì)了有機(jī)朗肯循環(huán)(ORC)排氣余熱回收系統(tǒng),,采用單螺桿膨脹機(jī)作為動(dòng)力輸出裝置,采用R245fa作為工質(zhì),,提出了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣余熱利用率的概念和計(jì)算方法,。結(jié)合發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),,分析了ORC工質(zhì)蒸發(fā)壓力和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)ORC系統(tǒng)性能的影響,確定了適用于ORC系統(tǒng)的工質(zhì)蒸發(fā)壓力的最佳值,。研究結(jié)果表明,,當(dāng)工質(zhì)蒸發(fā)壓力為3.0MPa時(shí),ORC系統(tǒng)能夠在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)全轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi)正常工作,,并且ORC系統(tǒng)的凈輸出功率最高可達(dá)12.1kW,,熱力學(xué)第一定律效率最高可達(dá)11.27%,,熱力學(xué)第二定律效率最高可達(dá)25.8%,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣余熱利用率最高可達(dá)8.9%,,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣余熱回收效果明顯,。

    Abstract:

    In order to make better use of waste heat energy from engine exhaust gas, the waste heat recovery system based on organic Rankine cycle (ORC) was presented, a single screw expander was used as the power output device, R245fa was used as working fluid, the concept and calculating method of waste heat recovery utilization rate was introduced. On the basis of engine test results, the effects of working fluid evaporating pressure and engine speed on the ORC system performance were analyzed and discussed, and then the optimal value of working fluid evaporating pressure was selected. According to the research results, when the working fluid evaporating pressure is 3.0MPa, ORC waste heat recovery system can work properly over the whole range of engine speed, the maximum of net power is 12.1kW, the maximum of first law efficiency is 11.27%, the maximum of second law efficiency is 25.8%, the maximum of waste heat recovery utilization rate is 8.9%, waste heat energy from engine exhaust gas can be recovered effectively.
