    基于圖像采集與處理方法實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了液—液循環(huán)流化制冰床的流化特性,,發(fā)現(xiàn)顆粒的聚團(tuán),、分散、粘連和聚并4個典型流化特征,,獲得了顆粒的沿程粒徑分布,,基于弗勞德準(zhǔn)則數(shù)Fr揭示了顆粒流化特征與液—液循環(huán)流化床流化狀態(tài)的相關(guān)性,討論了流化床散式流化狀態(tài)的參數(shù)區(qū)域。結(jié)果表明,,顆粒的流化特征和沿程粒徑分布隨液—液循環(huán)流化床高度,、運(yùn)行參數(shù)及參數(shù)組合的變化而發(fā)生改變;距液—液循環(huán)流化床底部0.50m高度內(nèi)首先發(fā)生顆粒的聚團(tuán)流化,,受顆粒相變程度影響,,進(jìn)而在流化床0.50m高度以上形成顆粒的聚并、粘連和分散流化,,但顆粒聚并形成更大顆粒的現(xiàn)象不可避免,;液—液循環(huán)流化床的流化狀態(tài)由弗勞德準(zhǔn)則數(shù)判別,并與顆粒的流化特征相對應(yīng),,其理想的流化狀態(tài)——散式流化主要發(fā)生在分散液體流量較小,、循環(huán)液體流速和溫度較低的區(qū)域。

    Abstract:

    Fluidization characteristics of drops or ice particles in liquid—liquid circulating fluidized bed (LLCFB) for fluid ice production were experimentally studied by means of image gathering and processing. Four typical fluidization characteristics were defined; they were the diffuseness, convergence, adhesion and coalescence of particles. Particles size distributions along the height of LLCFB were obtained. The relativity was revealed between particles fluidization characteristics and fluidization states of LLCFB based on Froude number, Fr and the range of operating parameters combination was discussed which could achieve particulate fluidization states of LLCFB. The results show that the variations of particles fluidization characteristics and sizes distributions are presented by the effect of the height, operating parameters and their combination. The particles diffuseness firstly happened at the bottom of LLCFB, 0.50m, under the influence of particles phase change which further led to the convergence, adhesion and coalescence of particles at the other heights, but the phenomena that larger particles formed due to the coalescence of particles must occur. Fluidization states were estimated by Fr calculation and directly affected by particles fluidization characteristics, its perfect fluidization states and particulate fluidization were mainly appeared at some range of operating parameters, such as smaller volume flow-rate of dispersive liquid and lower velocities and temperature of cycle liquid coolant.
