    摘要:

    基于混合動(dòng)力汽車電子換擋手柄的結(jié)構(gòu)和信號(hào)控制邏輯,通過信號(hào)故障處理和策略冗余算法,,設(shè)計(jì)了電子換擋手柄信號(hào)的可靠性控制方法,,通過建立Simulink控制模型,,并采用快速控制原型的方式對(duì)換擋手柄信號(hào)控制進(jìn)行仿真測(cè)試,,驗(yàn)證控制的可靠性。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該控制方法滿足了混合動(dòng)力汽車的換擋需求,并保證了換擋手柄信號(hào)控制的可靠性及車輛行駛安全。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the control reliability requirement of hybrid vehicle electronic shift handle signal, based on analyzing the structure and signal control logic of the handle, the reliable control method was designed by signal processing and strategy redundancy algorithm. Through the establishment of the system control model with Simulink and the usage of rapid control prototyping approach with MotoTron, the control method of the shift handle signal was tested to verify its reliability. Test results showed that the control method could meet the shifting demand for hybrid vehicle, and the control reliability of the shift handle signal and traffic safety could be ensured. 
