    摘要:

    針對(duì)輪齒嚙合分析得到的傳動(dòng)誤差曲線與預(yù)置的對(duì)稱拋物線型傳動(dòng)誤差曲線的差別,提出了弧齒錐齒輪傳動(dòng)誤差曲線的雙層優(yōu)化法。分為外層優(yōu)化和內(nèi)層優(yōu)化,,兩者交替進(jìn)行,。在內(nèi)層,基于局部綜合法設(shè)計(jì)小輪機(jī)床加工參數(shù),,進(jìn)行輪齒嚙合分析,,獲得傳動(dòng)誤差曲線和齒面接觸印痕。為了保證實(shí)際傳動(dòng)誤差曲線與理論傳動(dòng)誤差曲線在最小二乘意義下吻合,,建立吻合度目標(biāo)函數(shù),,通過調(diào)整加工小輪時(shí)的4個(gè)高階變性系數(shù),消除輪齒嚙合分析得到的實(shí)際傳動(dòng)誤差曲線與理論傳動(dòng)誤差曲線的差距,。在外層,,為了保證傳動(dòng)誤差曲線對(duì)稱,建立對(duì)稱度目標(biāo)函數(shù),,通過調(diào)整齒面參考點(diǎn)沿齒高的位置,,使傳動(dòng)誤差曲線兩側(cè)對(duì)稱。以某弧齒錐齒輪副為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證計(jì)算,。結(jié)果表明,,雙層優(yōu)化法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)置的對(duì)稱拋物線型傳動(dòng)誤差曲線。

    Abstract:

    In order to narrow the margin between the predetermined symmetrical parabola transmission error curve (TEC) and that of tooth contact analysis (TCA), a dual-layer method was proposed for the TEC optimization of spiral bevel gears. The method consisted of inner and outer layer optimizations which were conducted in turn. In inner layer optimization, pinion machine-tool settings were obtained based on local synthesis and TCA was carried out which gave TEC and contact pattern. An agreement objective was set up. The difference between TCA TEC and that of the theoretical one was diminished in least square sense to ensure agreement by tuning the four higher order modified roll coefficients in the relative motion formula linking the pinion and its cradle. In outer layer optimization, a symmetrical optimization objective was set up. The number of meshing points on the left and right branches of TCA TEC has been regulated until equal to each other to ensure symmetry by adjusting the displacement of the mean contact point along tooth depth. The method brought up is validated for a pair of spiral bevel gears. The results show that the method corresponding to the symmetry and agreement is indeed effective for TEC optimization of spiral bevel gears.
