    摘要:

    利用丙酸法預(yù)處理小麥秸稈，測(cè)定了不同溫度下反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物中葡萄糖質(zhì)量濃度,，并根據(jù)Saeman模型,，計(jì)算得到了纖維素水解和葡萄糖降解的動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),，其活化能分別為6.5086×104J/mol 和5.6223×104J/mol。動(dòng)力學(xué)分析表明：纖維素水解反應(yīng)速度快,，但是生成的葡萄糖容易發(fā)生降解,；該模型的最優(yōu)化反應(yīng)條件為80℃和176min，實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的葡萄糖質(zhì)量濃度為8.89g/L,，與模型預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果偏差很小,。

    Abstract:

    The cellulose from wheat straw was pretreated with propionic acid, and the content of glucose at different reaction temperatures was determined. Based on the Saeman model, the kinetics data of cellulose hydrolysis and glucose degradation were calculated. The activation energy was 6.5086×104J/mol and 5.6223×104J/mol, respectively. The analysis results indicated that cellulose has a faster hydrolysis rate, and the glucose formed is easy to degrade. The optimum reaction conditions are 80℃ and 176min, and the content of glucose reached 8.89g/L. The adequacy of the model for predicting is verified effectively by the validation．
