    摘要:

    針對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車用內(nèi)置式永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng),通過(guò)借鑒以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)響應(yīng)曲線的分析,結(jié)合電動(dòng)汽車運(yùn)行實(shí)際狀況,,制定模糊控制規(guī)則,設(shè)計(jì)模糊PI復(fù)合型控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)在矢量控制中嵌入,完成模糊PI矢量控制系統(tǒng)仿真,。以同時(shí)考慮轉(zhuǎn)速和變調(diào)率的雙判斷條件來(lái)確定是否需要弱磁控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)以轉(zhuǎn)折速度為閾值的分段式矢量控制策略,。最后,,進(jìn)行了電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明算法提高了電動(dòng)汽車的響應(yīng)特性和運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性,,拓寬了電動(dòng)機(jī)的可控速度范圍,,改善了電動(dòng)汽車的駕駛性能。

    Abstract:

    Corresponding to the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) used in electric vehicle (EV), control system was designed. Based on the experts experience and motor response curve, combining the actual running state of EV, the fuzzy control rules were made. The fuzzy-PI controller was designed and embedded in the vector control system, and then the simulation was completed. A double-condition considering both speed and duty cycle was utilized to judge whether the flux-weakening control was necessary. A subsection control strategy was adopted according to the speed threshold. Finally, by the running experiment of IPMSM used in EV, it was proved that the response performance and running stability of the motor were improved, and the controllable speed range was widened. 
