    摘要:

    為滿足液態(tài)施肥機工作過程中作業(yè)效率高,、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)的要求,，設(shè)計了一種全橢圓齒輪傳動的液態(tài)肥深施機構(gòu)。建立了該機構(gòu)運動學(xué)模型,，通過理論推導(dǎo)對機構(gòu)進(jìn)行運動學(xué)分析,。優(yōu)化液態(tài)肥流動路線,，對機構(gòu)進(jìn)行防纏繞設(shè)計。進(jìn)行試驗臺試驗,，應(yīng)用Design-Expert 6.0.1軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,，確定了機構(gòu)最佳工作參數(shù)為：液泵壓力0.47MPa、噴肥針孔直徑3.0mm和行星架轉(zhuǎn)速40r/min,，此時施肥量20mL/次,，施肥損失率3. 2%。試驗表明該機構(gòu)運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),、機構(gòu)之間無干涉,，液態(tài)肥流動管路密封可靠，液態(tài)肥輸送順暢,。

    Abstract:

    To satisfy the requirements of high working efficiency and smooth operation of liquid-fertilizer applicator, a kind of transmission mechanism with planetary elliptic gears was designed for deep-fertilization of liquid fertilizer. The analysis model of this mechanism was established. Its kinematic model was accomplished by means of theoretical derivation. Optimization design on the flow route of liquid fertilizer was conducted by employing the method of anti-twisting design of the mechanism. Finally, the mechanism was tested on the test-bed. After the data processing by using Design-Expert 6.0.1 software, the optimum working parameters were determined, which the working pressure of liquid pump is 0.47 MPa, the rotating rate of planetary frame is 40 r/min, therefore, the fertilizer volume is 20 mL at a time, and fertilizer loss rate is 3.2%. Observation from the test showed that, the mechanism ran smoothly with no interference, the liquid fertilizer transmitted smoothly characterized by reliable seal, which met the requirement of the design. 
