    摘要:

    利用圖像分析方法,,根據(jù)質(zhì)量守恒定律獲得組培苗的生長(zhǎng)信息和蒸騰失水信息,。通過(guò)Logistic方程,、線性方程和非線性雙曲線方程擬合組培苗生物量與培養(yǎng)時(shí)間,、水分損失與培養(yǎng)時(shí)間以及組培苗蒸騰失水量與生物量形成的關(guān)系,建立組培苗生長(zhǎng)預(yù)測(cè)模型,、組培苗蒸騰失水模型與組培苗水分利用率模型,,并由此計(jì)算出組培苗蒸騰速率和水分利用率,。通過(guò)測(cè)定不同氮素水平,、繼代次數(shù)差異下的茅蒼術(shù)組培苗蒸騰速率和水分利用率,,發(fā)現(xiàn)茅蒼術(shù)組培苗的蒸騰速率和水分利用率隨培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的增加而減少,繼代次數(shù)少,、培養(yǎng)基中氮素含量高的組培苗,,蒸騰作用強(qiáng)。

    Abstract:

    The growth information and transpiration information of plantlets in vitro were acquired by image processing and utilization of the law of mass conservation, respectively. The Logistic, linear and nonlinear hyperbolic equations were used for fitting the relationship of biomass of plantlet in vitro and culture time, water loss and culture time, transpiration water loss and biomass of plantlet in vitro. The models of growth prediction, transpiration of water loss and water using efficiency of plantlet were established. The transpiration rate and water using efficiency of plantlet in vitro were calculated. The transpiration rate and water using efficiency of Atractlodes lancea plantlets in vitro at different nitrogen levels in the medium and subculture generation were measured. The transpiration was strong with less subculture generation and higher nitrogen content in culture medium. 
