    模仿螻蛄爪趾形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)了挖掘機(jī)斗齒,。使用多項(xiàng)式擬合方法對爪趾的側(cè)面輪廓線進(jìn)行擬合,利用快速成型設(shè)備制造仿生斗齒樣件,。通過土壤切削試驗(yàn),測定了仿生斗齒和JL80斗齒試樣的土壤切削阻力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,,仿生斗齒切削時受到的土壤阻力較原形斗齒降低約11%,。分析表明,仿生斗齒易形成“自刃尖”,,保持斗齒整體切削性能,,且可在不改變挖掘機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與工況的條件下,減小切削角,,實(shí)現(xiàn)減阻,。

    Abstract:

    A bionic excavator tooth was developed, which is bio-inspired and based on the morphology of the toe of mole cricket foreleg claw. The profile line of the mole cricket’s toe was fitted by using polynomial fitting method. The bionic tooth specimens were fabricated by a rapid prototyping machine. The cutting resistances of the bionic tooth and JL80 tooth specimens were measured during soil cutting. The experimental results show that the cutting resistances of bionic tooth is about 11% lower than that of JL80 tooth. The force analysis indicates that the bionic tooth is more likely to form self-sharpening blade so that the cutting performance of the tooth can be maintained. Besides, the bionic tooth is convenient for reducing the cutting angle, which can help for the reduction of cutting resistance, without changing the design and working condition of the excavator.
