    摘要:

    針對(duì)當(dāng)前冷鏈運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中存在無(wú)線傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)功耗大,、使用時(shí)信道易沖突且協(xié)議復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的冷鏈運(yùn)輸遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的無(wú)線采集節(jié)點(diǎn)。選擇以MSP430F149為核心的處理器,,采用SHT11與PT1000雙傳感器測(cè)量溫,、濕度,,完成對(duì)不同精度溫區(qū)的溫、濕度數(shù)據(jù)采集,;采用SX1212無(wú)線芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)線傳輸,。另外,自主設(shè)計(jì)了星型自組無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議,,針對(duì)冷鏈運(yùn)輸特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了物理層,,并采用二叉樹(shù)與動(dòng)態(tài)幀時(shí)隙ALOHA的融合算法以避免碰撞。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,通過(guò)硬件設(shè)計(jì)及使用自主協(xié)議,,系統(tǒng)具有功耗低,、組網(wǎng)迅速等優(yōu)點(diǎn),能較好地滿足無(wú)線傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)在冷鏈運(yùn)輸環(huán)境中的應(yīng)用,。

    Abstract:

    The design of wireless sensor node in cold chain logistics was introduced, which solved the problem as high power consumption, channel collision and network complexity in cold chain logistics monitoring applications. Choosing MSP430F149 as the core processor and SHT11, PT1000 as temperature and humidity sensors, it can precisely collect data of temperature and humidity in different accuracy requirement. The wireless transmission was realized by SX1212. A kind of self-organized wireless protocol of star-shape was designed,,in which physical layer was designed to fit the characteristics of cold chain logistics and the fusion of synergetic integration of binary tree and dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm was used to avoid collision. Tests showed that the node had the advantage on ultra low power consumption and the rapid organizing of networks and it works well in cold chain logistic. The wireless sensor node can meet the requirement of cold chain logistics.
