    摘要:

    以公理化設(shè)計(jì)理論為指導(dǎo),，運(yùn)用“Z”型映射方法,，在對(duì)可重構(gòu)產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)與一般產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中映射過(guò)程的差異分析基礎(chǔ)上,，從域的界定及其轉(zhuǎn)換角度規(guī)劃出可重構(gòu)產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中的C-F-D-P映射過(guò)程,，并以可重構(gòu)小型農(nóng)業(yè)作業(yè)機(jī)為例,，運(yùn)用Acclaro DFSS驗(yàn)證了其實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,。

    Abstract:

    Using the axiomatic design theory and the method of Z-type mapping, difference characteristics of mapping process between design the reconfigurable product system (RPS) and common product system was analyzed. The C-F-D-P mapping process of RPS was analyzed by the defined rule of and transformed domain. Taking the reconfigurable small agricultural machinery as an example, the implementation process of RPS by Acclaro DFSS software was verified.
