    摘要:

    為了解雙定子單作用液壓馬達(dá)的性能,,在探討雙定子單作用液壓馬達(dá)理論排量和理論轉(zhuǎn)矩的基礎(chǔ)上,,分析了不同滑塊數(shù)對(duì)液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的影響,得出液壓馬達(dá)滑塊數(shù)與轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式,。結(jié)果表明,滑塊個(gè)數(shù)為奇數(shù)的液壓馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)小,,進(jìn)一步推導(dǎo)出滯后角對(duì)液壓馬達(dá)差動(dòng)連接和內(nèi),、外馬達(dá)同時(shí)工作時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)影響。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the performance of motor, the influence of torque pulsation by different number of slider was studied based on the analysis of the theoretical displacement and theoretical torque of double-stator single-acting multi-motors. Through the analysis, mathematical expressions of the motors torque and the number of sliders were obtained. Meanwhile, the results show that lag angle could influence torque pulsation when outer motor and inner motor work at the same time and differential connections. This research work laid a theoretical foundation for the design of double-stator single-acting multi-motors. 
