    摘要:

    研究多學(xué)科耦合作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)快速設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù),,提出將多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用于柴油機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了柴油機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)綜合性能優(yōu)化,。建立曲軸—連桿—活塞結(jié)構(gòu)三維參數(shù)化模型,,以結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),,結(jié)構(gòu)靜強(qiáng)度、振動(dòng)性能和熱性能等為約束,,基于多學(xué)科協(xié)同優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)思想建立設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化模型,,完成了柴油機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的多學(xué)科性能綜合優(yōu)化并取得了良好的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。

    Abstract:

    Multidisciplinary coupling rapid design and optimization of mechanical structure was researched, and multidisciplinary design optimization of diesel engine motion mechanism was proposed. The comprehensive performance of lightweight, thermal, vibration and kinematic were considered in optimizing the diesel engine motion mechanism. Aimed of lightweight, 3-D parametric model of crankshaft-connecting rod-piston were founded, and the performances of lightweight, vibration, thermal and kinematic was set as constraint. Based the theory of collaborative optimization, multidisciplinary design optimization of the diesel engine motion mechanism performed good results.
