    摘要:

    提出了一種利用機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)對五坐標(biāo)機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差進(jìn)行檢測的方法。首先,,通過制作特定的標(biāo)志,,用CCD相機(jī)獲取標(biāo)志圖像;然后,,通過數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)對所獲得的圖像進(jìn)行分析處理,;最后,,根據(jù)標(biāo)志在不同位置處的相對轉(zhuǎn)角偏差計(jì)算機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差,實(shí)現(xiàn)五坐標(biāo)機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差的辨識和測量,。同時,,將該方法與傳統(tǒng)檢測方法進(jìn)行對比,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,所提出的檢測方法簡單,、高效,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸誤差的快速檢測,,并為五坐標(biāo)機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸誤差的補(bǔ)償提供了計(jì)算依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    A measurement method was proposed for rotation axes of five axis machine tool based on machine vision. Firstly, the vision technology was adopted to obtain sign images by using CCD camera. Then, the digital image processing techniques were used to analyze these images. At last, the positioning errors of rotary axes were identified by calculating the relative rotary errors at different positions of rotation axes of machine tool. Comparing to traditional method, the experimental results showed that the proposed method with a simply, high efficiency and application value provided a computation basis for the error compensation of a machine tool.
