    摘要:

    以空氣和水為工質(zhì),，對(duì)螺旋管內(nèi)氣液兩相流動(dòng)阻力特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,，得到了不同工況條件下螺旋管內(nèi)阻力數(shù)據(jù)，分析了質(zhì)量流量及干度對(duì)管內(nèi)阻力的影響,，采用回歸分析法建立了螺旋管內(nèi)摩擦阻力系數(shù)關(guān)系式,，確立了摩擦阻力與相關(guān)物理量的函數(shù)關(guān)系，在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了螺旋管內(nèi)氣液兩相流動(dòng)摩擦阻力的計(jì)算公式,，并用未參加回歸分析的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了該阻力計(jì)算公式,。結(jié)果表明，螺旋管內(nèi)氣液兩相流摩擦阻力隨干度的增加呈線性增加,，隨質(zhì)量流量的增加呈指數(shù)增加,，所建立的管內(nèi)摩擦阻力計(jì)算公式的計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合得較好。

    Abstract:

    he resistance characteristics of air-water flow in spiral pipe were studied experimentally. The influences of mass flow rate and mass quality on pressure drop were analyzed. The empirical formula of the pressure drop was built up based on the method of dimensional analysis and the linear regression with experimental data tested at different conditions. The results showed that the pressure drop increased with the increase of gas-liquid mass flow rate and mass quality. The calculated value of the empirical formula was in good agreement with the experimental data and the formula was accurate enough to calculate the pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in spiral pipe.
