    摘要:

    分析環(huán)模制粒機技術參數(shù)和物料特性參數(shù)對設備產(chǎn)能與能耗的影響規(guī)律,,可為產(chǎn)品的系列化設計提供理論依據(jù),。在對環(huán)模制粒機成型過程和機構受力分析的基礎上,建立了設備產(chǎn)能與能耗模型,,繪制了不同設備技術參數(shù)與物料特性參數(shù)下的環(huán)模制粒機產(chǎn)能和能耗等值線,。等值線分布規(guī)律表明,環(huán)模直徑越大,、轉(zhuǎn)速越高,,對設備產(chǎn)能和能耗的影響越明顯,;與其他參數(shù)相比,物料與輥模之間的摩擦因數(shù)對設備產(chǎn)能影響更大,,改進輥模表面結(jié)構形式或表面材料是提高設備生產(chǎn)率的有效途徑,;輥模直徑比對設備產(chǎn)能的影響比對設備能耗的影響大,輥模直徑比越大,,設備單位產(chǎn)能能耗越低,,因此,在滿足設備結(jié)構與技術要求的前提下,,應盡量增大輥模直徑比。

    Abstract:

    By analysis on influence of machine technical parameters and material parameters on equipment capacity and energy consumption, a theoretical basis for product seriation design can be provided. Capacity and the energy consumption modeling were done, and isolines of capacity and energy consumption at different equipment technical parameters and material properties were drawn, based on the analysis of forming process and mechanics. Isoline distribution show that the greater mould diameter and mould rotation speed are, the more obvious influences of them on capacity and energy consumption become. Compared with other parameters, the frictions coefficient between material and roller as well as between material and circular mould have greater influence on equipment capacity, it can enhance the equipment capacity to improve the surface structure or surface material of the roller and circular mould ; the influence of diameter ratio of roller to circular mould on the equipment capacity was larger than its influence on the energy consumption, the larger the parameter is, the lower the energy consumption for certain capacity becomes, so it is necessary to enlarge the parameter as much as possible.
