    摘要:

    以4-SPS并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,，采用加約束從動(dòng)支鏈的構(gòu)型演變方法得到一類2T2R（兩個(gè)移動(dòng)和兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)）4自由度并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu),。根據(jù)速度Jacobian矩陣分析了機(jī)構(gòu)的奇異位形，建立了4-SPxyz S/PxPzUxz 并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作空間求解的約束條件,，得到了機(jī)構(gòu)的位置和姿態(tài)工作空間,，并提出利用“點(diǎn)集”近似計(jì)算位置工作空間大小的方法。引入敏感度概念,，利用數(shù)值法解得了位置工作空間大小和姿態(tài)工作空間范圍與機(jī)構(gòu)尺度參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,，為機(jī)構(gòu)尺度參數(shù)的選取提供了依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    The parallel mechanism of 4-SPS was studied. 2T2R (2 translational and 2 rotational) 4-DOFs (degrees of freedom) parallel mechanism were obtained by configuration evolution of adding and altering the follower-limb. The constraint condition of solving the position and attitude workspace about 4-SPxyz S/PxPzUxz parallel mechanism was built. The set of points was used to calculate dimensional size of workspace. The concept of sensitivity was introduced. The numerical method was used to calculate dimensional size of position workspace and scope of attitude workspace in the solution of different scale.
