    摘要:

    闡述了牧草種子9BQS—3.0型氣吹式松土播種復(fù)式作業(yè)機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理，對(duì)播種機(jī)的地輪傳動(dòng)裝置,、淺松裝置,、鎮(zhèn)壓器裝置,、排種裝置進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)分析,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,，本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理,，工作性能良好,，碎土率達(dá)到了94.5%，淺松層膨松度達(dá)到了63%,，播披堿草種子破損率為1.2%,。可同時(shí)完成松土,、鎮(zhèn)壓,、開溝、播種,、覆土、鋪平聯(lián)合作業(yè),。

    Abstract:

    The basic structure and work principal of the type 9BQS—3.0 pneumatic scarifying and sowing compound operation machine were introduced. The general structure, shallow scarifying device, press roller and metering device were designed and computed. The experiment results indicated that the seeder had good performance and reasonable structure. The soil broken rate was 94.5%. The bulking intensity of shallow scarifying layer was 63%. The seed broken ratio of elymus dahuricus was 1.2%. The seeder could perform the compound operation of scarifying, furrowing, seeding, covering soil and flatting simultaneously.
