    摘要:

    針對氣力式免耕播種機常會發(fā)生排種管堵塞、機械傳動系統(tǒng)故障以及由于種箱排空而造成的漏播等現(xiàn)象,基于單片機技術(shù)設(shè)計了一種氣力式免耕播種機工作情況監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計了氣力式播種機作業(yè)參數(shù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)與系統(tǒng)電路,完成相關(guān)參數(shù)的設(shè)置,。利用監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對氣力式播種機風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速、行走速度,、播種面積以及種箱料位進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)測,。試驗結(jié)果表明,氣力式免耕播種機監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)測量精度高,,能夠完成工作過程的實時監(jiān)測,。

    Abstract:

    Aim at avoiding seed missing and enhancing working quality of sower, based on the PIC single-chip microcomputer control technology, a monitoring system was designed and applied to monitor the pneumatic no-tillage sower’s performance. The general structure and system circuit of the pneumatic sower monitoring system were designed, and the correlation parameters were set. The fan rotational speed, walking speed, planting area, and material level of pneumatic seeder were monitored real-timely by using the monitoring system. The experimental results showed that the pneumatic sower monitoring system had high precision measurement accuracy. It could complete real-time monitoring of working process.
