    摘要:

    為了深入研究影響彈齒式拾膜機(jī)構(gòu)工作性能的因素,,確定彈齒式拾膜機(jī)構(gòu)的最佳工作條件,,對該機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動進(jìn)行了理論分析和仿真分析。利用土槽臺架試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對影響機(jī)構(gòu)拾膜率的機(jī)具行進(jìn)速度,、速比(彈齒軸與機(jī)具行進(jìn)速度的比值),、托膜鏟入土深度3個(gè)主要因素進(jìn)行了正交試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,理論分析及運(yùn)動仿真與臺架試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致,,速比的變化對機(jī)構(gòu)拾膜率的影響程度大于機(jī)具行進(jìn)速度和托膜鏟入土深度的變化,當(dāng)機(jī)具行進(jìn)速度為0.7m/s,、速比為1.0,、托膜鏟入土深度為110mm時(shí),彈齒式拾膜機(jī)構(gòu)的拾膜率較優(yōu),。

    Abstract:

    To investigate factors influencing the performance of mulching plastic film collector and determine the optimal working conditions, the theoretical analysis and motion simulation were carried out. By using the soil-bin trolley experiment, the orthogonal experiment with influence factors of machine operating speed, speed ratio (the ratio of spring-tooth axis speed and the speed of machine operating) and the embedded depth of the shovel for lifting film was carried out. Consistent with theoretical analysis, simulative studies demonstrated that the collection ratio of mechanism could reach the optimal when the machine operating speed was 0.7m/s, the speed ratio was 1.0, and the embedded depth of the shovel for lifting film was 110mm.
