    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有作物行檢測(cè)算法速度慢,、易受外界干擾等問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于線性相關(guān)系數(shù)約束的作物行中心線檢測(cè)方法,。根據(jù)農(nóng)田圖像特點(diǎn),,對(duì)圖像中感興趣區(qū)域ROI進(jìn)行處理,提高圖像處理實(shí)時(shí)性; 通過(guò)垂直投影法進(jìn)行作物行個(gè)數(shù)計(jì)算和邊緣檢測(cè),,最后利用基于線性相關(guān)系數(shù)約束的作物行中心線檢測(cè)方法對(duì)作物行特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行擬合,實(shí)現(xiàn)作物行中心線提取?!糐P3〗該方法利用相關(guān)系數(shù)r作為直線約束條件,,對(duì)作物行特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行直線擬合,在擬合直線兩側(cè)同時(shí)剔除距離擬合直線最遠(yuǎn)的N個(gè)干擾點(diǎn),,通過(guò)多次擬合直到求出滿(mǎn)足要求的最優(yōu)直線,。通過(guò)與霍夫變換,、隨機(jī)方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明該方法具有抗干擾性強(qiáng),、檢測(cè)速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),。導(dǎo)航跟蹤實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法可以使系統(tǒng)有效地對(duì)目標(biāo)路徑進(jìn)行跟蹤,,當(dāng)速度為0.6m/s時(shí)最大橫向偏差不超過(guò)4cm,,當(dāng)速度為1.2m/s時(shí)最大橫向偏差不超過(guò)7cm。

    Abstract:

    To overcome shortages of the existing algorithms for crop rows detection, such as the noise interference and slow processing speed, an algorithm based on constraint of liner correlation coefficient was proposed for crop rows line detection. Firstly, according to the characters of farm land images, ROI area was processed to increase the speed of image processing. Secondly, crop row numbers and edge information were detected by vertical projection method. Finally, an algorithm based on constraint of liner correlation coefficient was adopted to fit the feature points of crop to realize line detection. In order to fit the feature points, the N points were removed, which were the farthest from each side of fit line, until the fitting line met the requirement of liner correlation coefficient r. By comparing with Hough transform and random detection algorithm, the results showed that the proposed algorithm had the advantages of fast detection and strong anti interference. The results of navigation tracking experiment showed that this navigation system could track the target path accurately and effectively. The maximum lateral deviation was no more than 4cm and 7cm at the speed of 0.6m/s and 1.2m/s respectively.
