    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種L型輸送清選分離機(jī)構(gòu),，應(yīng)用動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真軟件ADAMS建立了虛擬樣機(jī)模型,，通過(guò)對(duì)單果莢-篩面,、多果莢-篩面及果莢群-篩面的接觸碰撞分析,，得出影響篩面的平均撞擊載荷,，并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了碰撞后花生的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,。仿真及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,，L型輸送清選分離機(jī)構(gòu)在給定條件下可較好地完成輸送清選分離作業(yè),。

    Abstract:

    A type-L conveyor cleaning separation mechanism was designed. Virtual prototype model was established by using dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Based on the analysis of single fruit pods-screen surface, much fruit pods-screen surface and pod group-screen surface contact impact, the average impact load was obtained which affect the size of screen below. The movement rule of peanuts collision was analyzed. Results showed that the proposed mechanism could better complete conveyor cleaning separation operation under the given conditions.
