    摘要:

    以馬鈴薯為研究對(duì)象,，采用細(xì)觀圖像分析與力學(xué)性質(zhì)測(cè)試組合系統(tǒng),，研究了馬鈴薯壓縮微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變形、宏觀力學(xué)性質(zhì)、變形破壞過(guò)程，運(yùn)用SAS軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理與分析，得到了馬鈴薯屈服強(qiáng)度與高壓脈沖電場(chǎng)參數(shù)的擬合方程以及最優(yōu)參數(shù)。

    Abstract:

    Potato was chosen as the subject of the compression experiment, and the microstructure deformation, microscopic mechanical properties, deformation and failure process were gained by the system of microscopic image and mechanical test. The fitting equation and the optimal parameters of yield strength and PEF parameter were analyzed and further optimized by SAS software. The result could provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the technologic parameter of freeze drying and the design of processing equipment.
