    摘要:

    為了快速無損地檢測(cè)作物生長期營養(yǎng)含量,,設(shè)計(jì)了一套作物營養(yǎng)智能檢測(cè)儀。該檢測(cè)儀由控制器和若干光學(xué)傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)組成,,兩者之間通過ZigBee協(xié)議通信,。其中,,光學(xué)傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)可分別測(cè)量中心波長為550,、650,、766和850 nm 的太陽光和作物冠層反射光的強(qiáng)度,,進(jìn)而計(jì)算光譜反射率和植被指數(shù),。應(yīng)用該儀器檢測(cè)大田冬小麥葉綠素含量,,結(jié)果表明應(yīng)用不同波段組合構(gòu)建的歸一化植被指數(shù)與冬小麥冠層葉綠素含量間相關(guān)性較比值植被指數(shù)高?;跇?biāo)準(zhǔn)白板和太陽光研究了系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)定方法,,相關(guān)性分析表明該方法可有效提高歸一化植被指數(shù)與葉綠素含量之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)。其中根據(jù)550和766 nm計(jì)算所求歸一化植被指數(shù)與SPAD所測(cè)葉綠素含量的相關(guān)性最高(相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.693 9),,并建立了葉綠素含量線性預(yù)測(cè)模型,,建模精度為0.494,檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P途葹?.478,。

    Abstract:

    In order to real-time detect crop nutrition content, a smart apparatus for detecting crop nutrition was developed based on NIR spectroscopy, electronics and ZigBee wireless communication technology. It was designed to work as a wireless sensor network with one control unit and several optical sensor nodes. The incident sunlight and reflective light from crop canopy were measured at the wavebands of 550 nm, 650 nm, 766 nm and 850 nm respectively, and then the canopy reflectance and some vegetative indices were calculated. The field experiments and analyses on crop growth monitoring in wheat fields were conducted. Results showed that the correlation coefficient between NDVI and chlorophyll content was higher than RVI. The chlorophyll content and the vegetation index which was calculated with the reflectance at 550 nm and 766 nm had the highest correlation coefficients (r was 0.693 9), and the prediction model of chlorophyll content was built. The r2 of the calibration model reached to 0.494, and r2 of the predicted model reached to 0.478.
