    摘要:

    通過對(duì)并聯(lián)式油液混合動(dòng)力挖掘機(jī)的原理和結(jié)構(gòu)分析,,提出一種改進(jìn)的油液混合動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)方案,。采用雙向液壓馬達(dá)代替二次調(diào)節(jié)泵,,通過不同開關(guān)閥組合控制輔助動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)回路,。利用Simulink對(duì)該系統(tǒng)建模后,,獲取相應(yīng)元器件尺寸參數(shù)及控制參數(shù),。采用雙轉(zhuǎn)速工作點(diǎn)切換的控制策略,在改裝后的油液型混合動(dòng)力挖掘機(jī)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),。實(shí)驗(yàn)中利用整合負(fù)載預(yù)測的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速PID控制方法對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速,、輔助油液動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)輸出扭矩進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析表明,,該發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速控制方法可以有效改善油液型混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng),,使之穩(wěn)定在高效燃油區(qū)域內(nèi),綜合節(jié)能效果提高14%,。

    Abstract:

    By analysis on the principle and structure of the parallel hydraulic hybrid excavator, an improved hydraulic hybrid scheme was proposed which uses a two-way hydraulic motor to replace the hydraulic secondary regulation pump and controls the assistant power loop by switching valve in different states. After modeling the new system with Simulink software, the parameters of the components and control method were determined. The double speed points control strategy was test on the improved parallel hydraulic hybrid excavator. The engine speed and the output torque of the assistant hydraulic power system were adjusted by an engine speed PID control method integrated with the load forecasting. The simulation and experiment results showed that the control method could effectively improve the engine speed fluctuation in the hydraulic hybrid system, and make the speed stable near the target speed, so energy-saving increases by 14%.
