    摘要:

    為探索高碳原料厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣特性,,在(35±1)℃條件下,,采用批式厭氧消化工藝對(duì)香菇廢棄菌棒進(jìn)行厭氧發(fā)酵試驗(yàn),。采用L9(33)正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),研究預(yù)處理天數(shù)、接種物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)和料液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)香菇廢棄菌棒厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣的影響,得出高碳物料厭氧發(fā)酵最佳工藝組合。結(jié)果表明:高碳物料并非厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣的最佳原料,,但經(jīng)適當(dāng)預(yù)處理后其產(chǎn)氣性能有較大提高,TS產(chǎn)氣率達(dá)0.16L/g,,參比對(duì)照組增長(zhǎng)128.57%,。各因素對(duì)香菇廢棄菌棒厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣影響的主次順序?yàn)椋侯A(yù)處理天數(shù)(極顯著)、料液質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(極顯著),、接種物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(不顯著),。同時(shí)應(yīng)用多元回歸理論建立多元回歸模型,,有助于預(yù)測(cè)香菇廢棄菌棒不同發(fā)酵條件組合下的產(chǎn)氣量。

    Abstract:

    Shii-take cultivation waste (SCW) was used as rich carbon material for anaerobic digestion under the mesospheric condition as (35±1)℃. Orthogonal test and regression analysis L9(33) were employed to determine the effects of the three factors including pretreatment period, inoculums concentration and total solids (TS) on biogas production. The optimal combination of the three factors has been achieved. The high-carbon content material was proved to be not an ideal feedstock for biogas production. However, after a certain period of pretreatment, the high carbon feedstock biogas production was improved a lot. The biogas production reached to 0.16L/g(TS), increased by 128.57% compared with the control sample. The sequence of factors effecting SCW anaerobic fermentation is pretreatment period (evident), TS (evident), and inoculums concentration (less evident). A multiple regression equation was established and can be used for biogas production prediction under different conditions.
