    摘要:

    提出了基于SMP實(shí)時(shí)架構(gòu)的EtherMAC實(shí)時(shí)以太網(wǎng)主站的設(shè)計(jì)方法,,開(kāi)發(fā)了一種運(yùn)行于內(nèi)核空間的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制引擎,并給出了一種通過(guò)在共享內(nèi)存建立內(nèi)存堆棧方式的跨平臺(tái)編程接口設(shè)計(jì)方法,。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)總線抽象層將總線控制資源抽象,,降低了運(yùn)動(dòng)控制引擎與總線之間耦合性,增強(qiáng)了總線系統(tǒng)或從站設(shè)備的可替換性,。原型機(jī)進(jìn)行功能驗(yàn)證表明,,該引擎實(shí)現(xiàn)了較好的易用性和可移植性,并間接增強(qiáng)了EtherMAC的實(shí)時(shí)性能,。

    Abstract:

    The design method of real-time Ethernet EtherMAC master based on SMP architecture was proposed, while a field bus oriented motion control engine was developed, which was running in kernel space. To make the procedure of motion control program development easy, a cross-platform programming interface was created by making memory stack in a shared memory for transferring parameters. To reduce the coupling between the motion control engine and the field bus, and to enhance the adaptability of the engine to any other field bus, a bus abstraction layer was proposed and designed. The result from prototype shows that the motion control engine has a better ease of use and a better portability, and indirectly enhances the EtherMAC real-time performance.
